Our rig carries heavy equipment and requires extra fuel and travel time to reach outer areas.
This small fee helps cover operational costs so we can keep bringing our premium spa experience directly to you.

Want to split the fee?
If you and a neighbor in the same area book your dogs back-to-back on the same day, we are happy to split the travel fee between you!
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
As a mobile salon, our schedule is carefully planned to ensure we can arrive at each client's home on time.
When an appointment is cancelled last minute, it's difficult to fill that time slot or adjust our driving route.
24-Hour Notice:
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice regarding cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% fee.
No-Shows:
If we arrive at your home and are unable to access your pet within 15 minutes of our arrival window, it will be considered a no-show and subject to full service fee.
